Research Focus: In search of the - "Alien Gene" - a Molecular Biology Approach. The identification and isolation of a "unique" set of genes expressed only in the environment of outerspace or simulated microgravity (Alien Gene) will be stored in a commercial gene bank repository and database-clearing house, and may be used as molecular probes or markers to trace the origins of various life forms within the universe.
