Course Description
Part I - Biology 233. The structural and functional characteristics of the eleven human organ systems are covered. Basic concepts of the human body are presented to non-science majors. Principal topics covered include levels of organization, support, movement, and integration. This course does not count as a biology elective for biology major or minor requirements. Prerequisite: BIO 140 with a grade of ā€œCā€ or better or permission of the instructor.

PART II. This is a continuation of Human Anatomy & Physiology I. Topics include coordination, processing, and reproduction. This course does not count as a biology elective for biology major or minor requirements. Prerequisite: BIO 233 with a grade of ā€œCā€ or better.
